Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the BECU platform immediately.

Eligibility Requirements

Membership eligibility is determined by credit union bylaws and applicable regulations. Applicants must provide accurate information during enrollment and maintain compliance with all membership requirements throughout the relationship.

Use of Services

Services must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with account agreements. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of any terms may result in account suspension, closure, or legal action as appropriate.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and software displayed through our platforms remain the exclusive property of the credit union or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected immediately upon discovery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid during the preceding twelve months.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time for violations of these terms or applicable law. Members may also close accounts subject to outstanding obligations and settlement procedures.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, regulations, or business practices. Continued use following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
